Fall Mantel 2011

This year’s mantel is a bit more simple than last years that you can see here.  I wanted to incorporate the blue green colors I have added this year so I painted some inexpensive pumpkins from Walmart.  You can see what the pumpkins looked like before here20110924-IMG_2662

The smaller orange pumpkins came from Hobby Lobby and I glazed them to darken them up a bit so they would coordinate with my wreath colors.

I had some small pumpkins from last year that I painted and added to a wreath.  I pushed toothpicks into the bottom of them so they would stick into the wreath.

I like the simplicity of it all.

Especially since I have another fall arrangement on my sofa table in the same room.  I will share that later.

I have a giveaway going on right now.  You can enter until Sept 26th at 6pm central.  Go here to enter.
