I wanted to try Traci’s (from Beneath My Heart) recipe for Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette and make a salad similar to the one I ate in Florida on vacation. I used a bag of salad mix called Very Veggie and added cucumbers, chopped pecans, mandarin oranges, blueberries and strawberries. I drizzled the vinaigrette on the salad. I also grilled a peppercorn marinated pork tenderloin to make some slider sandwiches. It was a great lunch and the vinaigrette was perfect on my salad. Thanks Traci for the recipe and the party.
